Lloyd Johnson, Australia

Lloyd is really passionate about Neuro Lingustic-Programming (NLP) and its applications in Business, Education and Therapy. He is a specialist in resolving phobias and helping people who feel trapped in their situation. Through using NLP he is able to get to the heart of the matter so it can be released, easily and effortlessly.

Lloyd holds the following certifications:

• Trainer & Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (Certified by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Porgramming)
• Instructor & Master Hypnotherapist (Certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy)
• Trainer & Master Time Line Therapy Practitioner (Certified by the Time Line Therapy Association)
• Trainer & Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach (Certified by the Coaching Division of the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Porgramming)

Lloyd ha trained with a variety of Trainers and Master Trainers of NLP in Australia and Europe. He is currently based in Perth, Western Australia although he regularly travels and shares NLP with interested people around the world.

Jenny Wensing, South Africa

Jenny is a qualified Human Resource Development specialist, NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer (certified with the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming) and coach, with over 25 years international experience in the field of personal development and behavioural change. She is a Dutch national, and had a successful career in human resources management in the U.K., The Netherlands (where she worked for Philips) and Switzerland before emigrating to South Africa in 1989.

Since moving to South Africa, she has worked as Head Tutor for the Institute of Personnel Management, and for the past 15 years she has worked as an executive coach and independent training facilitator, and has worked with some of the most successful organisations in South Africa, including:

• Group Five
• The V & A Waterfront
• Metrofile
• Caxton’s
• And many, many more.

In the field of education, she has designed and facilitated training interventions, and consulted to organisations including:

• The Graduate School of Business
• The Institute of Administration and Commerce
• The Services SETA

Jenny is also a keynote speaker at conferences and a founder member and director of Stop Smoking Easily, a smoking cessation programme.
