I am a business coach with over 30 years of practical experience in sales, marketing and strategic business development. I have worked in and with a broad range of retail, service and manufacturing organizations….some large and some small. To date I have touched the lives of thousands through my life’s work which includes training and motivating a very large sales team and mentoring small business owners to grow brand awareness and cash flow.

During the past 3 years I have guided over 300 business owners from their initial plan of marketing strategies to the implementation actions that resulted in increased cash flow. This prompted me to write the comprehensive target setting program that I now use as a tool for my coaching practice.

I offer you practical, business focused coaching. However, I am fully aware of the profound effect that personal development has on business success and so I use coaching programs that support my clients so they can effect the necessary personal changes in their lives as well as changes in their business practices.

My home is currently in Sydney -Australia and I have lived in many locations, both metropolitan and rural (yes I can milk a cow, ride a horse and shear a sheep…poor sheep!). I am mother to two daughters and five granddaughters. Nevertheless I work well with men and coach them very effectively!

I bring to my coaching a comprehensive experience of life, personal relationships and the realities of starting and growing several small enterprises myself.
