Your self esteem reflects your overall evaluation of your own worth. Self esteem encompasses beliefs (for example, “I am competent/incompetent”) and emotions (for example, triumph/despair, pride/shame) and your behaviour will often reflect your self esteem (for example, assertiveness/shyness, confidence/caution).

As a person seeking excellence, it is important to assess both your strengths and the barriers that keep you from achieving the improvements you want in your personal and professional life. Self Esteem Coaching is an excellent way to gain an insight into your current level of self esteem and begin the journey towards improving upon it.

At the end of this module you will:

  • Have completed a self assessment of your Self Esteem
  • Be aware of strengths, weaknesses and barriers to your progress
  • Identify areas where you can improve your Self Esteem
  • Understand how a poor Self Esteem can develop
  • Have learnt about the difference between ‘doing’ and ‘being’ and what that will mean in your life
  • Have learnt how to deal with critcisim and judgment
  • Have created the change in your Self Esteem that is right for you
