Refund Policy

Confident Future operates according to strict quality control guidelines and follows a 30-day money back guarantee, including change of mind.

Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents.

You must pre-pay all returns postage, and you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with the post office or courier. Confident Future reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.
